With practice we can develop inner peace and become like a deep lake. Were feelings like stress and anger dissolve and external circumstances become like ripples on the surface of that deep lake - and have little affect on our inner peace.
OUR GOAL / OUR MISSION:
We aim to give you the basic skills & tools to remove stress and anger from your minds. Through Mediation this is possible. You will increase your happiness and health which is true wealth.

I have been a practising Buddhist for 5 years now and I have had a daily meditation practice for the same period. In total I have spent 4 months on retreat in this period, learning and training in the techniques of meditation.
