Bootcamp Classes are simply designed to get you fit! We aim to burn high amounts of calories to get you in your best shape ever. We have been running our bootcamps for over 8 years now and have helped 100's of females to achieve just that.
We've developed a great fitness programme using our background in Competition Martial Arts and also our extensive research in exercise and workout.
I can personally guarantee that you will increase your fitness and decrease that waist line. The more you train, the better the results you get. The more energy you put in to our sessions, the more benefits you see. Combine our sessions with a balanced diet and you be amazed what's achievable in 4 weeks!
Our sessions are 45 mins as we do a high-intensity cardio session. A complete workout designed to burn as many calories as our regular 1 hour session.
