Ladies Only Kickboxing classes are designed to get you fit, active and learn self defence. We aim to burn high amounts of calories to get you in your best shape ever. We have been teaching martial arts to a World Champion level for over 10 years and have helped 100s of ladies to achieve their goals.
We've developed a great kickboxing programme using our background in Competition Martial Arts and also our extensive research in exercise and workout.
I can personally guarantee that you will increase your fitness and decrease that waist line. The more you train, the better the results you get. The more energy you put in to our sessions, the more benefits you see. Our Ladies Only Kickboxing is a great way to boost confidence, learn self defence and get fit and active.
